Brow Artist

Nishawne Hinds
Beauty and grooming have always played a major role in Nishawne’s life. The Panama born esthetician came to the United States at the age of 14. After high school Nishawne enrolled at the International School of Skin and Nail Care with plans to major in nail care. One semester, however, she added a skin care class to her schedule and discovered a real passion for the art and science of beautiful skin. While in school, Nishawne worked in various cosmetic lines in high end department stores. It was while there her knack for shaping perfect brows was discovered. In between demonstrating cosmetics products, she would use her personal tools to shape the brows of her friends, coworkers and customers. Soon women were coming to see Nishawne simply for their eyebrows. After building a solid, though underground reputation as a brow stylist the perfect opportunity came by way of a new line of brow products and shaping methods. The line’s namesake and founder made her fame as a brow stylist via Oprah and slew of celebrity clientele. Nishawne landed the coveted position as the brow artist and it didn’t take long before it became a 3 month wait for a brow shaping. Unable to continue to accommodate her clientele, she sought a new home and discovered AYA, a happy marriage between art and science.

Nishawne’s services at AYA include Brow Sculpting, Facial Waxing, and Brow and Lash Tinting.
