Though it has been dubbed by some as the “non-surgical face lift”, there is far more to this exciting new procedure.

How long do results from NovaThreads Non-Surgical Thread Lift last?

Results from NovaThreads will vary depending on the degree of skin laxity, the number of threads used and the thickness of the skin, as well as how much firming occurs after the lift for each specific patient. But typically results can be expected to last anywhere between 14-20 months. Since the threads continue to stimulate collagen production in the body once they are in place, your results will actually improve over time. Additional threads can be used at a later time to help maintain and extend the results of your initial treatments.

Can NovaThreads Non-Surgical Thread Lift be used anywhere besides the facial area?

Absolutely! It’s a common misconception that NovaThreads is just for the face. NovaThreads treatment can provide a remarkable lifting effect to areas all over a patient’s body when performed by our certified NovaThreads trainer Mike Kelleher. The most commonly-treated areas besides the face are troublesome spots above the knees, as well as the stomach, arms, and buttocks.

How does NovaThreads Non-Surgical Thread Lift differ from a face lift?

Unlike a face lift, NovaThreads is a non-invasive, non-surgical cosmetic procedure. That means that the treatment will be faster and cheaper than a face lift and will not require substantial downtime for recovery. Additionally, NovaThreads leaves no risk of post-surgery scarring. Certain patients with more extreme facial drooping or excessively loose facial skin may require a face lift to achieve the results they desire.
