Known as DiamondTome^™ and MegaPeel^® Platinum treatments, microdermabrasion can be performed on almost any skin type and is an excellent non-invasive procedure as many patients compare it to a deep massage. As the diamond encrusted tip or crystals buff away and remove dead skin cells, they also increase circulation, induce collagen growth, and reduce the appearance of skin conditions. Patients can choose microdermabrasion as an anti-aging treatment to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and sun spots or for conditions such as acne, scars, and hyperpigmentation.

Since diamonds and crystals are among the hardest materials, they both provide thorough exfoliation that smooths and brightens skin. Patients can also choose an additional procedure like a relaxing facial (MicroFacial) or customized chemical peel (MicroPeel) to further rejuvenate skin.
