AYA Med Spa Pro Skin Tip
By: Esthetician | Allison Buckelew
Did you know that incandescent and fluorescent light bulbs emit UV radiation?
Daily exposure to this low-dose radiation can result in cumulative skin damage. So even if you are inside your home or at the office, you should protect your skin with a daily sunscreen.
An Interview with Atlanta Blogger Mae Lutz!
We interviewed influencer and Atlanta blogger, Mae Lutz, @MaeLutzz on Instagram, about her experience at AYA Medical Spa. Here’s what she had to say:
Why do you love AYA Medical Spa?
I love AYA because they provide a tailored solution to your needs with multiple options. I started going for BOTOX and Filler a few years ago, and when I became pregnant we started focusing on my skin because hormones caused melasma and more acne. They were so cautious about what was pregnancy safe and have continued to work with me in a safe manner now that I’m breastfeeding. My skin has never looked better! Also, I just love the staff!!
What treatments have you tried at AYA Medical Spa? Out of those treatments, what were your top 3 favorites and why?
I’ve tried BOTOX, Filler, Moxi, BBL, BBL Hero, SkinPen, and DiamondGlow. Ooo this is hard to only pick 3! BOTOX because it does an incredible job at smoothing wrinkles. Filler because you can have subtle but impactful transformations. I’ve had my jawline, chin, and lips filled by Lauren and Kayce and I love the results. Most recently Mechlin has been tackling my skin since I’ve been pregnant and now breastfeeding and she’s done a complete transformation. I think it’s a tie between Moxi and BBL Hero. Both are laser treatments that have done WONDERS for my pigmentation and acne.
What treatments are you looking forward to trying in the future?
What was the skin care regimen you were recommended by our providers?
Oh gosh, I’m a skincare addict. Currently, I’m using Revision Papaya Enzyme Cleanser, Revision Skincare C+ Correcting Complex 30%, Revision Vitamin K Serum, Revox Skincare Line Relaxer, Revision Hydrating Serum, Revision Youthful Lip Replenisher, and Revision Intellishade Matte or Elta MD UV depending on the day. I also just got Revision Nectifirm and Revision Bodifirm to try. Lastly, I haven’t been able to use it since before getting pregnant but shout out to Revision Retinol Complete 1.0 – my fav product ever!
Which products were your favorite and why?
Revision Retinol Complete 1.0 is my favorite because it helps keep my acne away and I can’t believe I’m saying this but Revision Intellishade Matte! I was never a tinted moisturizer kind of gal when my skin was bad because I wanted FULL coverage makeup to try and hide it. Now that my skin is clear, I LOVE the Intellishade!
